Downtown Seattle.  That location possesses all the traits you want.

I love going to Seattle - one of my favorites by far, I love taking in the city. That said work-wise it seems to be hit or miss, sometimes I was solid and others crickets. The gentleman are very charming, down to earth and fun. Downtown or Bellingham are the place to be  maybe mix it up?
