I'm going to be visiting San Francisco for the first time ever in a few months time.

Only other US cities i have been to have been New York and Vegas. In NYC i was lucky enough to go to a TER meet and that helped hugely meeting providers

Vegas is easy to work out

BUt i have no idea where to start in San Fran. Everything i have found online seems to be bait and switch central

Any suggestions ?

I'll be in SF in September, you didn't state what dates you'll be there, but if our paths align then i can guarantee there will be no bait and switch with me
