Have been into the Vietnamese scene recently after my visit to a Vietnamese coffee house in San Jose. Wondering if anyone in the area might know of reliable orgs who have younger Vietnamese girls.

Very few of either. Once in a great while you'll get lucky and find a Viet or Thai lady at a $160 AAMP,  but to my knowledge there are no Viet or Thai orgs anywhere in the BA. Koreans and Chinese/Taiwanese have a lock on the scene here.

Sorry, I can't help with the OP except to mention that I have lived in about half the states in this country and Viet Hookers are VERY hard to find. The last city I was in who had more than one or two of them that I could find was Atlanta of about 15 years ago, but even then most white guys (or black or brown I suppose) would never have been able to find them. I have slanted eyes (Half Chinese) so I was able to get into those places.  

 
Now Thai Girls are a completely different story in much of the US, I currently live in Texas and I know Dallas probably has as many Thai girls working in the AAMPs as there are K-Girls

Over the years there have been a number of AAMPs with Viet girls - usually they haven't been that young though. My experience with many of them was that they were to some degree the least inhibited (obviously can't generalize totally but just my impression). Had many more Viet AAMP girls give super sloppy rimjobs than Thai, Chinese or Korean. Lately I have noted that some of the K-girl organizations will have girls who are pretty willing to rim but generally even when PSE type services available it is more on a script rather than that kind of needy into the sex feeling I got from some Viet girls.

On the escort front Viet girl Vivian is quite young and has a very petite little body but she has gotten more expensive and I probably wouldn't see her on that basis anymore - but she was a ton of fun and all holes used to be open for action. I think she has taken Greek off menu.

As far as Thai girls - I agree, never very prevalent in the AAMPs in BA to my experience. I did fall in with a generally UTR scene (not advertised on the sites mostly but in the Chinese papers) of older (high 30s-low 40s) Thai ladies who are absolutely top massage providers (either Thai or deep tissue). They are very sweet, quite open about sex and very enjoyable to fuck and then have a great massage for a decent price. But they generally look at it as fully business - it works for me because I really love the massages and the sexual release but definitely not GFE-like at all. The pandemic has mostly dried up their availability although still have had usually one or so around and available to me for the occasional visit.
