How do YOU find decent R&T in the Pen/SB.
Sometimes all a man needs is a good R&T.
The South Bay used be a paradise of storefront AMPS, now mostly all gone (RCAM in RWC anyone?).
I used to have an account on the "maps" board, but deleted it a long time ago. Also, the last time I used an AMP, the tariff for a vanilla HE was close to FS at a C-org.
There are lots of AMPs that provide HE in the San Mateo area. Most have additional services available.
The house charge is 60 to 70. Tip can be 50 for just HE. 100 for half naked.
THere are many Korgs in the San Mateo area. FS is 280 to 320. I have heard that c-orgs are cheaper, but not very good. I have had great results with GFEI k-gals.

r u b m a p s dot c h is pretty reliable after you wade through the fake reviews. Look for overall patterns, and don't expect to get exactly the girl you've read about. Once you find one you like, be a repeat customer for better and better service.
