Looking for suggestions of providers that provide enthusiastic, full DFK in the SF Bay area, preferably in San Francisco, Emeryville/Berkeley or North Bay areas.  Recommendations guys?

If so, I HIGHLY recommend Kate LaFleur.  She's on vacation now, but she'll be back next month I think.  I think she does incalls in downtown SF but I know she's does incalls in the SFO area and the peninsula.
