One bad review ruins the agency? HELP!!!

Was reading your responses, esp. Riker.  One bad review?  Isn't that a tad harsh?  Oh well.
What would you suggest then if a girl is, say, an hour late?
What would you suggest then if there is a no-show?  Say, the girl just doesn't show?
What if the girl has a flat going there?
What if the girl is just a ROB and gives no service, no talking even, to the guy?  What should be the "adjustment" then from the agency?
Suggestions?

Damn...that was supposed to go under Rikers comments...sorry, folks.

I'm overstating just a little. A bad review is one thing. Explainable circumstances can be overcome and understood. And of course a nice collection of positive reviews can outbalance the bad one's.

Rip-Off is something completely different. That's a review that presents testimony that a girl from the agency intentionally ripped-off a client. That sort of thing can mare the agencies reputation to a severe degree if it get's reported here on TER and on SF Redbook, and if the gentlemen makes a point of it in posts and discussions. That sort of thing is enough to make prospective clients think twice and choose to go with an independent or other agency.

The adjustment I like is a free half-hour with one paid hour with any girl from the agency. It presents the opportunity for the agency to do more business, and makes the gentleman feel that he's getting something to make up for his wasted time on the no-show call.

I would never offer a free session, because no one appreciates something like that, which is just given to them, but if there was a ROB situation that happened with one of your agency girls, you should fire her, for one and then offer a free hour, with one paid hour with any of the other agency girls.

You'd have to work out terms with the ladies working for you as to how these make-up calls are divided. The girls should have an understanding that they have to share in the responsibility of keeping up the agency reputation, so they share in covering those costs.

wrong address to the lady's in-call location and caused me to waste 30 minutes in traffic.  I knew the dispatcher well and I understand it was a busy day so I went ahead to the correct location and paid full price.  I was very impressed with their customer service.  The agency is well known for its professionalism and lots of LA hobbyists are satisfied with its services.

Riker’s solution of offering additional make-up time is wonderful.  However, there might be situations that this solution is not appropriate or insufficient.  I would suggest that if additional make-up time is not possible due to scheduling conflicts, take a deep cut from the agency fee and offer the customer a discount.  This way, both and the customer and the new lady will be happy while the agency will definitely earn the repeat business from the customer.

Good luck on your endeavor, BiggieCheese.
