 Sometimes it can be hard to get to the gym mentally for me. I found that Beach Body now has online streaming! So I can stream the Insanity workouts from my computer and do it in my room. Perfect way to wake up and get the day started. Super challenging but also rewarding!

That while you're hoping around inside your room, please be courteous and remember that your room floor usually equates to my ceiling.  Not to mention that their are other hotel guests on either side
