Hey Lisa Lang, which juice cleanse are you using? I'm thinking of starting one but not sure if I should make my own or order juices from one of the juice places here.
Caution on juice "cleanses" Juicing fruits/veg extracts yes, the juices. But most of that juice is sugar. The real benefits to fruits and veg are the fibrous parts left behind from the juicing. I always say the power of positive thought is the start so just doing SOMEthing even if it's more placebo can majorly impact your outlook and attitude so I say keep it up but be sure to take other supplements and vitamins during the diet.
