Two evenings ago, I attempted to meet with Suzanne. Please check the review for details about what happened.
This morning a recieve a private messgae from her asking for my address and telephone number. On many occasions I have given this information to providers, but in this case I do not feel it is prudent.
Has any one else ever had a similar problem with a provider, and how did they handle it?

Maybe she just wishes to hand deliver a refund. ;-)
Seriously, I suspect your instincts are good here.

I read the review and can only think it would be nice to hear her side of the story.

In dependant of the money issue the provider's appearance discrepancy is something that really interests me. Is this a case of major review inflation by the previous reviewers? How often are these reviews really done with the lower head and aren't objective?

Live long enough and you'll see everything.  I can't challenge myexwilllearn's report.  I can only say that my two visits with Suzanne were among the best I've had anywhere with anyone.  My posted review is of the first visit and the second was, if anything, even better.

Those of you who've seen this earlier will recognize that I've edited it.  Had a little more time to think it over.

Suzanne has 3 pages of top rated reviews, many by long time TER stalwarts.  Then there's my own experiences.  I'll go with that and continue to believe that she's one of the best things to happen to "the hobby" in SD for a long time.

As for the review being pulled, uh..., let's see; an usupported accusation of a serious felony...maybe someone at TER thought about libel laws or just plain decency.
