strange to hear in gumbys post below that the up and down vertical motion is most common for cowgirl. Dont know for everyone but the grinding motion leaning slightly forward is what gets me off. The vertical up and down thing is for the benefit of the guy only, that’s what seems to get you guys off. Sorry to hear that as gumby said the grinding is so unusual. I agree comepletely with you. I do enjoy up/ down, more for the visual effects( I am very visual) and pleasuring my partner. However, when you lean forward jsut the right amount without laying on your partner, and add the e grinding motion you hit the "G" it feels out of this world!

I can only assume that most of the girls I have seen are mainly interested in getting me off and not interested in themselves. Personally, I get pleasure by giving pleasure. I've noticed that the grinding can really enhance the mood because it seems the lady's really get into it.
