Kelle - nice job on the web site.  I like the fact I can just press [next] at the bottom and view the site as a slideshow.

Some really nice pics too - thanks!

Ok, now a fun test.  if you're a die hard triathlete you'll know the answer to this question (I'm dating myself a bit here):

Some of the top women in the field tell us there is a 4th event, can you share with us what it is?

The only thing I can come up with is there is NO 4th event...if so it would not be a triathlon. Yes I have competed for quite a few years so I am a die hard. (smile)

I'm not a tri-geek but if I had to guess it would be the race to eat all the pasta and drink beer the night before the event to carb load the body. Love your new site Kelle. Sorry I haven't come by to see you again since you first came to San Diego. Wonderful lady that puts you through the paces.

like the idea of massage, do you know that I have only taken advantage of the massage tent after one race. (a century ride)

I usually run to the food area :-)

Wed.'s 9am at the San Luis Rey Community Center (off of 76). There are between 8 and 15 riders. We do have another Lady that rides most of the time.
We'll do about 1000 feet of climbing for every 10 miles we ride. Because we sometimes go steep almost everyone has a 27.
This ride regroups at the top of every climb. We ride together between each climb and then everyone is on their own going up.
There will be a short break somewhere along the way to get more water and food.
If you like climbing, or if like me you're not a good climber, this is a GREAT ride.
No EGO'S just lots of pain and fun.
