First of all.Let us hope L/E has better things to do at this time in our lives than bust people..Being on the legal side for many a years..it is difficult. Working undercover..one need not disclose who they are..My suggestion..is you know your provider..and never mention money..or the hint of it.
Sometimes being horney..we forget basic laws of intelligence..and do things we regret..Look before you leap !
If anything..let provider mention money..and say nothing !
Let me throw this question out and see what comes back.
My home is in Los Angeles country but I can literally throw a rock into Orange County. Is there any way LE could possibly hassle me if I were to call a provider from Orange County and have her meet me at my home? (Such as pursuing the woman?) Logic makes me think they could not cross out of their jurisdiction, but then what do I know? I'm just a sailor!
The basic law follows anywhere..often times many agencies..different cities..vice..work together..and can work within each others jurisdiction. Remember vice is undercover..another city..local l/e work alot with each other.Personally I think they should find better things to do..and hpoefully ..right now are..like protecting us from serious threats against our society.
Here's a thought-
I wonder if using paypal would so separate the money for service argument to make it inadmissable.
I.E. You pay prior via paypal, then you show up for a coincidental 'date'. No money's changed 'hands', and the payment could be argued it was for the 'legal, erotic photos on the website'.
