Re: "Some Like It Hot!" OOOPs!
I loved marine street south to windnsea. Any other gems?
Windandsea in La Jolla
Swami's in Encinitas Tamarack in CarlsbadIt's easy to access, public parking, dining seaside, park area for picnicking, near dog beach, is lighted at night for those who might want a moonlight dip and it's very well maintained being in Del Mar.
Coronado Beach in front of the "Hotel Del".
There's something magical and reminiscent of more romantic times,
due to the amazing Hotel Del Coronado, circa 1888,
and the presence of the wide pristine white beaches surrounding its historical expanse.
As the roaring or purring {depending on how one ascertains},
F-16's fly so very low overhead on decent, one feels as if they could jump and touch them!
It's just a wonderful place to relish.
15th street is my favorite. Poseidon on the beach, or appetizers from Jimmy O's - Watching the sunset with some wine.
I guess I was just trying to check out the pilots in the cockpit on
their final descent, rather than seeing that they indeed are F-18's!
Thank you for the knowledge. ;
And Black's for the hiking exercise and full body tan! 😉
