In my few years in this hobby, I've visited providers in locations I've been familiar with - where i grew up, near work, places I hang out, and somewhat near where I live - but just a few miles apart. But something happened the other day I was initially started at, but mostly laughed at was when I made an appointment with a provider she sent me directions/location that was.... (dramatic pause here) across the street from me. Now, I don't mean that in an exaggerated way but in the quite literal way. I didn't have to get into my car. Fortunately for the sake of discretion, she didn't live there but rented it for work.  

With that being said, what's the closest you've hobbied to a provider from where you work/lived, or to the providers, how close have you been to a hobbyist?

Another funny story was a few months ago I had another provider I visited who lived down the street from me as well. We in fact had intersecting circle of friends, but fortunately have never socially run to each other before or since.

Ran into her at the pool a few times. She has since moved.

One of the local K-girl agencies is literally a 10 minute away from my condo. At one point, there were also a few independent providers in the neighborhood, but they've since moved away. Now it seems most of the ladies I see are in Mission Valley, a 15-20 minute drive.

Out of curiosity, did this make you want to see her more because of convenience? Or did it have an opposite effect?

It's a 3 minute drive, probably a 15 walk, but I'm sure that I would need a car to drive home after. She is my ATF, & i'm sure that I would have a heart attack if I had to walk back...Anyway, I take her to dinner after anyway!

actually when I was seeing her she was about a 5 minute drive. Then I was getting a divorce and I actually asker her if it would be ok if I moved into her complex. She said come on over its fun. She was evicted shortly thereafter.  

I run into one one my regulars about once a month in a coffee shop downtown SD. We shoot each other the wink or nod when it happens but don't interact otherwise. She sees my friends and I see hers publicly then laugh about it later. It's always the best when I see some guy desperately hitting on her.

I have a place off the 78 in the Oceanside/Vista area and I run into this one provider that I have seen a couple times in the past at many places like Sushi restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store etc.  Last time I saw her as a provider was about 3 years ago so I am sure she has forgotten me by now.  Its all good as the years and partying have caught up with her (not in a good way).

I have not had the advantage of such close proximity.  I wish I did as I live in the South Bay and typically go to Mission Valley or Miramar to see providers as I do not like choices near me, if any.  As you know, during peak traffic times that drive is long.

Bit I have visited the same hotel twice in one week! I was worried the valet would remember me so I took an Uber the second time visiting, LOL. XO SADIE

I was looking at an add for a provider I wanted to see several years ago. In the photograph, I saw some house features and hardware I thought were available only in my small neighborhood. It was before I started in the hobby. Every time I went out I looked for her. I looked and looked. Never saw her. So, why didn't I try her number? I hadn't started the hobby yet and was too intimidated by the unknown process. I hoped to meet her instead, strike up a conversation, and see how things went. Years have past and still no sight of her. The ad disappeared, too. I still think of her as the one that got away.

A hop, skip, and a "jump"!  Less than a block away.

Back in the days of Glamour massage, one of their locations in North County was only one house away from mine. In addition, my favorite girl worked out of that location as well. That's when I learned the true meaning of GND!
