I suspect that many hobbyists know providers who have semi-retired. They no longer post ads anywhere and only see a few of their pre-retirement clients. As they age and as their clients age, many of their past clients switch to younger providers.  

Being 70, I prefer providers who could be the age of a daughter - between 40 and 50.
