With COVID, been out of the market for awhile but was looking at getting back in and maybe I'm just forgetful but prices for FBSM have really gone up lately for many of the advertisements I see these days. The prices are on-par with full service now, with many asking $200-300 for an hour, but claiming you get fully nude and body rubs with it. Are the services better now or have prices just gone up everywhere (guess I haven't priced out FS lately, maybe that's gone up too for the average provider).

Yes, prices are up. Using an example of someone you reviewed, Willow was at $160 in 2016 and is now $200. Is 25% a lot in 4 years???? You tell me.
Regarding comparison to FS, other than dumpster diving or Kgirls, you're not going to get FS under $300, those rates have gone up too. And for what it's worth, in my experience, the +$200 massages often come with extras ranging from BJ, to DATY, to FS. Sure there are some who limit their menu, but you don't have to go back. Unfortunately reviews often don't tell the whole story in the FBSM world, so trial and error or a good back channel network are required to find whatever you are seeking.
My biggest beef with the price increase is that it has spread to independent girls operating out of commercial buildings. BITD, the higher price got you into a nice apartment with a shower, not an office with thin walls and not even a private restroom.
Thanks, that information was helpful, some inflation totally acceptable and nice to hear some are offering extra's, then it makes more sense paying $260 for a massage. I don't have full site access at the moment to TER so haven't seen that there were possibly extras for some, but just didn't see paying $100 more for exact same service provided pre-COVID (and in an office building setting as you mentioned). Maybe I'll get lucky and pick the right one if I take the plunge on the higher prices...otherwise I think I'd be pretty disappointed at that pricepoint for basic FBSM service.
I started as a body rub provider, and $300hr was not outlandish way back then. Prostate Care is an extra service I provide with FBSM, and obviously a lot more, than just a massage as well. YMMV is the bottom line for everyone. Connection for me is key & super low volume. Covid19 has made me be extra careful because healthy & safety is a priority.
Its a weird time and AMPs have def added $10-20/hhr and $20/hr on to their house fees, some not even offering hour sessions since re-opening and for extras up to FS has seemed to also go up an additional $20-$40. I know that many of the girls have been reluctant to come back for fear of COVID and also believe it or not, but racial fears. Some of those I've seen more regularly have not upped on me but the house fee remains. Many of the AMPs don't have the same talent the the k-girl agencies do and at say $220.00/45 min at the agency vs maybe 30 min at the AMP for the same price the math tips into the favor of the agency. One may call it dumpster diving but I've had great experiences with the k-girls and many great but also mediocre ones with indies.
I have seen a few indies following the covid shut downs in March and though the prices are also higher than they used to be the quality has def been better. Full time sessions, better amenities, better connections and communication. But for those of us that have been in the hobby longer than we'd like t admit, the upward trend is obvious.
That said, one can't argue with the price of admission, just move on if you don't see value or review accordingly. Thankfully I learned without doing it that the quickest way to blow a session is haggle.
Let me clarify. While I am not an AMP or even AAMP client, I don't consider their clientele as dumpster divers. If you spend any time on another site that can't be mentioned here or viewing ads on RR, "alligator" or a few others you may have a better handle on the type of clients and providers that I was referring to. Grandmas posting pics of 20-somethings, skanks advertising BBFS, car dates and B&G, etc...

I'll have to figure out what the "alligator" one is just out of natural curiosity because I'm not making the connection with that name and any site I'm aware of.
Each Companion has their own version of a
"Rub", a "Fbsm", and "FS".
I do wish the "terminology" came with consistency
so we'd all be on the same page, for the sake of
Client's expectations.
However ymmv.
With that being said, my Fbsm has "perks", thus
my donation price-point.
To be clear however, since we Companions do not
offer "services", it is to each Companions' own desire
and the worth of their "time", as to their "Considerations"
An hour is an hour, is an hour in most cases.
Regardless, I still have to take the time to meticulously
represent both self and location for each and every visitor...
Thus regardless of what my meetings entail, it is
essentially and decidedly, based upon an "experience"
which I'm providing.
I'm told my experience is "mind-blowing".....

Well I would definitely have a rigorous screening requirement, but then my outcall rate would be quite reasonable.
Much higher in the six years I have lived here! I remember back in 2014 I could FS with gorgeous providers for $150 and that was for an hour! GFE included! Now a below average rub n’ tug is $230 or higher and your lucky if you get a titty suck in! Tough times all...gonna be difficult to find that one lady!!! New normal fellow hobbyists...sad but true!
Prices haven't changed from what I can tell.
And during that time 2008-2010 ish Goldie was one of, if not THE best at FBSM.
the "attention to detail" at $200/hr has generally changed. The level that I typically receive now for $200 was in the $160 range ten years ago. In addition, providers operating out of commercial buildings instead of apartments/condos are asking for a more premium donation that I had previously associated with nicer/more discreet accommodations.
That said, rent is up, and in my estimation, FBSM price increases have just kept up with inflation.
