Just using common sense. Lots of ladies "retire" as they hit 40.
I’m baffled as why you continue to post such nonsense. I am 45 & in my prime. I feel sorry that you think 40 is the age to retire, so you’re saying only younger ladies should provide services that’s ridiculous. Not everyone is compatible with someone half their age. Experience is the best, and like a fine wine I get better with time.
It's up to the provider. I'm just saying that many choose to get out after years in the business. For lots of different reasons. Not all. But many.
