I am going to be in town for SDCC and was wondering if any providers will still be in town. I am staying downtown so that area would be preferable but can drive if needed.

I'll be there (In costume)
I love the comic con - the fun events and outfits, the panels, the shopping and of course all the previews and new releases! I am so so excited - have my costumes all lined up!

If you like sexy FIT young blondes who can't help but have a smile and fun!
Maybe I am a good fit? XO

Hola, I have two private upscale locations, as needed.
One happens to be downtown.  Hope to see you!

last year. It was in my home city, and was an absolute blast! There were some amazing artists there, and some of the cosplay people and those elaborate, expensive costumes of theirs... Wow!!!

Sadly this may the final Comicon in SD. There has been talk of LA making an attempt to be the host city rather than SD.

This is one of the single largest events held here and yea, I would agree that you'll see a lot of very creative people attending.  Every year the Cosplay folks seem to outdo themselves with their costumes.

That is nothing but a rumor, which has been going around for over a decade.

I can tell you this is one thing that LA is NOT going to be stealing from San Diego!

LA already has E3, BlizzCon, Amine Expo (which is this July 4th weekend!), Stan Lee's Comikaze and now Wonder-Con (which is operated by the Comic-Con folks). So, they no longer need Comic-Con.

Besides, even if you weren't able to get tix for Comic-Con, no worries! Cuz there's also NERD HQ, which is FREE!!! It's also taking place during that same weekend! And, since it's organized & run by fan-favorite actor Zachary Levi (CHUCK, Thor: the Dark World, the upcoming Heroes: Reborn), there'll more celebrities THERE than at Comic-Con anyways!

Oh, and did I happen to mention that it's FREE?!

For more info, go to http://www.thenerdmachine.com/nerd-hq/

Some confuse YOUTH to mean "lacking experience" but with the help of TER and my 100+ reviews it's pretty clear there is NO LACK OF EXPERIENCE. In fact my review average has gone UP since opening my offerings to more than the body rubs.

Thanks Epic - glad more and more are seeing through his stalking/harassment/shenanigans of his posts here

True that - LA has been lusting over our CON for years and every year they say "this might be the last one" down here. Unlikely considering the new Petco Park where they have expanded many panels and have the Nerd HQ there... SD owns the CON! #represent

If there's a way for the City politicians to screw it up they will. They pulled a bait and switch to keep Con here through 2016, but after that, who knows.

If you have a Wonder Woman costume I might just take you up on that!

But, Comic-Con has NOTHING to do with the city!

They negotiate thru the Port Commission, a completely DIFFERENT entity.

And, if you read my post, you'd understand that Comic-Con International (the owner/operators of Comic-Con) has already given Wonder-Con to LA. Therefore, they have NO intention to having LA monopolize their events!

The only real "competition" is Las Vegas. However, it's NOT going to move there, either.

Hollywood won't travel there cuz it's too far (versus how close San Diego is to LA).

Besides, who wants to see cosplayers melting in the 120+ degree July heat?!

+1 on the weather
nothing worse than hot weather and cosplay... Vegas in july? Can you imagine?
A Zentai Suit under whatever you're wearing pulls the heat away though... and it feels sexy against the skin...
mmmmmm Zentai....
