There are some amazing women who love the idea of kink, mixing it up, and getting to the root of someone's fantasies.  Yet, someone mentioned recently that being bound is just being lazy.   That there's no pleasure in it for her.   Is she right?

I would think the other is a problem.

not really into a certain type of kink/fetish, then they will not enjoy it as much as a lady that truly does. It is not easy finding a women that truly does enjoy your specific kink, because many may just be doing it to get clients.
