I prefer FBSM+. Wished there were more providers that offered it.

and some feel overwhelmed by more choices than a Cheesecake factory menu.

What does the "+" really mean?

Obviously, it means no CFS.

Does it include repeated arousal and denial? Bondage? Prostate stimulation? Instruction in tantric breathing?

Does it mean BBBJCIMNQNS? BBBJCIM? BBBJ? HJ?

Does it include DATY?

I have seen some ladies who do not list themselves as FBSM providers but are very willing to provide a FBSM+ session which includes repeated arousal and denial, bondage, prostate stimulation and BBBJCIMNQNS.  

Sometimes that is sufficient for me - sometimes nipple clamps and a cattle prod are needed.

Others who list themselves as FBSM+ providers only provide HJ.

Every FBSM sessions that I have had included a HE.

The ++s that have been included in the sessions I've experienced are: massage done in her birthday suit, LFK/DFK, DATY, CBJ/BBBJ, body slides.....of course YMMV depending with the providers

I go to a legit CMT, no hanky panky.  If I want sex, I go to a provider, and I turn down any offer of massage.  I gave up trying to find top quality service for both disciplines in the same provider.  I prefer Shiatsu Accupressure massage, and not many that do that offer any kind of sexual services. Many times I will de-stress by having both in the same day, one after the other, but never from the same provider.  Just my own experience.  Some of the rest of you may have been luckier.

You have made my point.  Giving a "bonus" of BBBJ is not the same as FS.  If I want sex, I want full service, not just BBBJ.  If I want a massage, I want a legit one without any distractions.  Oftentimes, I will go from my FS session to the spa for my massage afterward.  I get the best of both that way.

I love FBSM+ sessions, and was fortunate to have a number of them with Pamelaa D'Amante when she was here. She took it to an art form, she was so good at it.

Why wouldn't anyone desire to be kneaded, caressed, pampered, and worshiped before or after
