A little further north from Kearney are the handful in Sorrento Mesa and Mira Mesa. Depends what you want but I’ve had good experiences. Not gfe’s at all but a nice masssge with an additional menu.
There's a provider by the name of Lisa Ling, I believe.
She recently returned to the SD area.

I thought the massage parlor market in San Diego County and throughout most of Southern Cali is made up of about 90 to 95% Chinese women?
Of course, that's not specifically "providers" of anything beyond legit massages (wink, wink), but it certainly seems possible that the organized massage parlor network(s) can theoretically roll over assets (the women) into the clandestine provider realm.
