I am interested in a few of SD's ATF must do dining outside options with a view, or some lovely outdoor landscaping, etc. I have my favorites, but am hoping to get a couple new options, or ideas from fellow TER members.  Live music is a plus!
I am interested in all areas of SD, an N. County SD too! Thanks you, kindly for your help.

Thanks!

Hey QB.

Driving up the coast from Del Mar to Leucadia and Carlsbad you can see all the restaurants have pushed out their dining into their parking lots and streets.  Took a pandemic to get us to eat like the Europeans!

Il Fornaio and that patio in Del Mar is always nice and they often have music.  I'm guessing Sibicca is using their smaller patio as well. Pamplemousse in Solana sadly still hasn't opened since their fire last year but most everything is open in Solana.  Saddle bar has pushed in to the parking lot and they've got TV's outside where they were showing the races and sports.  Then as you head north through Cardiff, Encinitas, Leucadia and Carlsbad, the options are almost limitless.  Ki's & Charthouse are using their lots, I'd guess PCG is using thier outdoor patio and that's protected from the street.  The Lumberyard in Encinitas has a bunch of outdoor options.  The music part might be more difficult.  I know Norte in Carlsbad has been open since the beginning with their large outdoor area.

I feel you may know all this already and were looking for something new and exciting but there's my $0.02

It’s nice being able to dine outdoors in this beach weather!
Encinitas has been really fun lately!

I know a few you mentioned. Thanks for responding.  I am going to try something new Del Friscos & Mille Fleurs!

Have you tried these, or Vintana's in Escondido?
