Looks like I will have time to venture out and hit some good food, fun and maybe a little shopping this week.

I just got back from Portland, OR and only stayed 2 days, one of them being a Sunday (everything closes early!)
I am so excited to go back!!!! Where are the vegan hot spots?
This is an Argentinian place downtown that is fantastic cuisine. Every time I am in PDX I try to dine there. Although they have a great dinner menu, I have never been able to get past the tapas.
