Short answer is it's usually not worth it.  Nevada Ranches are expensive, with the regular workers demanding high end escort prices, without looking anyway near as hot, and Sheri's is the most expensive. Now if Rosalyn's rates are what you are willing to pay, here is what your session would be like.

Sex will be a lot more "safe sex" than what you would get outside.  Nevada requires protection for all sexual activities.
