i am about to try the hobby for the first time with sierra.can anyone give me any tips on what i should expect.i m feeling a little nervous.thanks
Nothing but good things have been said of Sierra here by very reputable hobbyists such as SCORE and MfSD.
They both claim that she is a sweeatheart and does provide a GFE/PSE meeting type (I have personally spoken to her and she indeed sounds that way). Since it is your first time, I suggest you let her take the initiative letting her initiate you in the PSE world.
If you have any suggestions, prior to starting the meeting, let her know what you like and dislike and viceversa. Always show your gentle manners and security of yourself. Don't go nervous into the meeting because your "Wilson" will not stand up for the moment. Several newcomers that have spoken to me were too nervous that they walked in the door, paid their donations and walked out (Pornstars have also told me this), others have popped the instant a lubed HJ touched their "Wilson" and they are gone embarrased and many others simply don't make it to the plate.
I suggest you get some delay cream or Viagra (For the delay premature pop that I was told it does since I have never used it) so you, at least are certain that you will last a little bit longer.
Last but not least, go well groomed, shaved, don't wear too much perfume (Women are allergic to certain male perfumes), bring her a bottle of Merlot Wine to share with you and always show you are in control and not nervous.

Now that I think of it, I shoulda used some of that delay cream, at least for the first "pop". The particular Oriental language that Sierra was speaking to me, was so deep and so beautiful, well.............I had to just release........( : Sierra Rocks!! MfSD.

You can not go wrong with Sierra. She is a genuinely sweet lady, loves her work, is multi lingual, and will provide you with a totally fulfilling GFE/PSE. Oh, did I mention her breasts are one(or two)of the wonders of the world........ ( :
No need to feel nervous Luvs, Sierra is a bright lady, a great conversationalist, and will gladly discuss the adult industry, or any other topic. Once I was sated, we happily chatted about a number of things. Like the good Dr. says, just relax and place yourself in Sierra's hands, she'll do the rest. MfSD.
I can only add to what's already been said here. Sierra's a great time. Incredible all natural rack and a great attitude to go with it. A lot of chicks in the biz could follow her example...
Try 50mg of Viagra...that way even if you do fire too early you'll have wood again in no time. Relax...deep breaths!!
I am not yet into the PS scene yet. But found this thread interesting and relates to my own situation. I do need a long recovery time for second cup. I think Viagra will help and plan to use it for the first time. Questions are:
1) 50 mg the right dosage?
2) When I take it, before the session or after the first cup?
