There were complaints earlier that the board was over moderated, now there's a complaint that it's under moderated. Let's get a consensus of what you want.
Staff added the porn actress option to the reviews and asked you to report porn actresses that weren't flagged. That'll take some time to fully implement.
There have been some harsh exchanges recently, I can correct that by moderating all users who get pissy, then there will be complaints.
Rule numero Uno is to use some common courtesy when you post.
Rule number two is to just let it flow-don't get hyper when someone posts info you don't like. Keep it civil or just move on.
I can restrict postings to announcements by porn actresses only, but somehow I doubt you want that.
I've been tinkering with a couple ideas about subject lines to make it easier, as well as some added "rules" for posting here.
Staff and Girl Next Door are also looking at some changes that they may want implemented on all the boards, but the final decisions haven't been made.
You all need to decide.
The ladies should be allowed to advertise their tours and schedules. Moderate their agents, boyfriends, husbands, roadies, pimps, and hobbyists that benefit from spamming and shilling for agencies and ladies that ask for their assistance unless TER is also benefiting from it like Big Doggie does.

so I dont freak out when I see it. But I guess there might be some unsuspecting people out there who wouldnt know any better.
I dont know what advice to give you, the job is hard enough sifting thru good and bad posts but for the most part we can always count on fellow hobbyists to point out fraudulent posts or posts that are suspect.

A "secret" section of this board in which the providers can discuss clients is wrong on too many different levels for me to adequately address.
A large part of your high escort fee is paid for your discretion and our anonymity. Any discussion of your clients in a board such as this is memorialized as a permanent and searchable "database". In my opinion, including any personal identifiers to your clients, such as their TER aliases, would breach that implicit agreement. Such information can be used by any number of malefactors for illicit purposes, as well as law enforcement.
If you providers feel compelled to discuss us, there's always the telephone, E-mail, cell phones etc. But don't expect us to provide a vehicle for such gossip on TER, which we hobbyists principally subsidize through our reviews and hard-earned dollars.
BTW, the "secret" sections of TER in which hobbyists review providers are open to all, for the price of a VIP membership. If a provider feels that such explicit reviews expose her to too much risk, she can have all reviews removed from the database. If a provider feels that a given review is not truthful, TER will give her the opportunity to challenge it.
