What do Porn Stars use to clean their rectums ready for Anal scenes? I've always wondered as whatever is used it works.

Probably soap and enemas.

Many enema using white wine. I guess that helps with the rimming scenes also.

Never heard of using any alcoholic beverage as an enema, but I have heard of people doing that to get a buzz.  I believe it is easily absorbed into the system there.  And the rumor is that you can also pass a breathalizer too!  This bonus effect may be another way to help relax before a scene.

They don't use the fluid that comes with the enemas, do they? It has medicines and things in there to make you shit,  thus creating a slimey mess.  I think they just use soapy water?  Am I right about this?

While you can get a buzz with a alcoholic enema I can't imagine while anybody would do it.  BTW, you'll still fail the breathalizer as that works by detecting the alcohol difussing from the tiny blood vessles in your lungs.  If the alcohol gets in your blood stream, the breathylizer will pick it up.
