Yeah. So that's probably why she didn't answer you. She just doesn't know who you are yet. I tried emailing her before I got verified and heard nothing back. Now that I'm verified and she knows who I am, she's pretty good about answering.  

Not sure about TER Whitelists. I've only got one of those, but I can't see it hurting if you gave her your TER handle when you filled out the form.
