They have a nice line up of female porn stars, that will be appearing in November.
I went to the show last year, had a great time but there's conservatively 2x the talent listed for this show as for last year and some pretty heavy weight names too. Of course, there is always the part about who actually shows. I have also had a booth a few shows and coordinating the talent does give rise to the expression "herding cats."
Natasha Nice tweeted the other day that it was news to her that she was going to be there when she saw she was listed.
I've pretty much gone every year since they started. The show is always great. As others pointed out, not all the people listed as appearing actually show. Who shows up is really dependent on who the studios, magazines, and other industry people pay to show up.
Be prepared to spend about $20 per autographed photo (on average - some charge less, some more). Be prepared to pay between $5 - $20 for a picture with each star. Be prepared to stand there looking like a dope while people cut in front you in line - people that the star knows who are also in the industry, or for an interview, or to try on shoes, or a number of other interruptions. (Doesn't happen with everyone but it happens enough to be warned about it) Be prepared to stand there looking like a dope while the star chats on her phone. Some of the stars are infamous for making guys wait, and not even looking up from their phones to acknowledge that the guy is standing there waiting. Or a whole line of guys. On the plus side, some of the stars who show up are actually WONDERFUL to chat with at the show: Katie Morgan was great last year, Lexi Belle, Nina Hartley, Joanna Angel (and all the gals at Burning Angel) to name a few, are always fun and friendly to their fans. If you are planning to see any of the ladies who provide while they are in the area for the show, I recommend you get in touch with them or their agency (Adonia/TLC reps the largest number of them) in advance because the stars have limited "off" time and you have to schedule your date around their appearances at the show, strip clubs in the area, parties in NYC that they are being paid to attend, and more. Their schedules are pretty full. Hope all of this helps.Enjoyed seeing some of my favs, enjoyed the bondage demonstration also. Didn't enjoy all the local LEOs walking around. BTW, check out the Jersey board as the date approaches. Last year several of the ladies posted their availability.

I been several times and some ladies do charge for pictures.
Then other ladies don't charge for a picture.
It all depends on the lady.

I didn't know you have to pay each star individually. At the AVN AEE you pay one admission fee and that's it. It's like DisneyWorld. Evrything elase you said happens there also.
More and more of the ladies are charging for pictures, and each year the ones that charge, charge more than the previous year. For one thing, they pay for the pictures themselves so they want to cover the cost of all those 8x10s, 5x8s and whatever else they have available, not to mention the expenses they have that aren't being covered by whatever company is paying them to attend the convention.
Secondly, there was an article in the paper recently about how mainstream stars can get $250K - $500K for one convention like a comic-con just charging for autographs and photo-ops. If they can get that much, porn stars (or their talent agents) will surely figure out (if they haven't already) that they can get Big Bucks charging for those pictures and autographs at shows like Exxxotica and AVN.Great post....thanx for the input!
I've seen it posted in previous years that it is better NOT to see any of the girls that provide because their performance(s) are usually not as good as their reviews due to hectic schedules?? Has that been your experience as well(1) you can walk around and meet dozens of the performers you've always wanted to meet.
(2)many providers take appointments while they are in the area. don't ask at the show, that's rude and forbidden. Check their websites and TER as you normally would.. ahead of time.
