I just tried to book someone and my membership is no longer valid. They said to just re-do it. Not worried on the references, but now it seems they want a photo ID too. This occur with anyone else? They asked that of me also. I was verified 2 or 3 years ago and she asked for a picture and something to verify the date.

It’s not just you. I’ve been waiting a few days to hear back on a request for this coming weekend and an inquiry about another. I made four other booking requests in the past couple months and got prompt responses on each one. So I don’t know what the issue is now.
Bummer, hope that turns around... Wonder how to get their attention..

Update, they finally came back online and were very responsive once they did. Had no problems booking and had a great time.
If you haven't heard in a couple of days, it could be because the date you requested, the performer might not be available. I would consider sending another request, perhaps with another date. I think having a date you want to meet is really key. I've had really good luck with them. Great communication on the days of, and have had great experiences.
