How about an end to the new posting guidlines, omnipresent Spectator is killing the mojo in here.

The whole idea of guidelines was to help everyone weed through the postings a little faster.

If the group doesn't want to use them, it doesn't matter to me.

Let's get a consensus of more than one or two people here.

Spectator was just trying to be helpfull.

I don't see that as a problem either since it makes the board look much more organized and easier to browse through.

What I don't like here is the constant repetitive ISO's for the same starlets from lazy readers that don't take time in using the effective tools that this board has to offer and since the majority of the readers and paying VIP members have asked TER to allow moderation-free posts, it has gotten worse.

If you count the amount of times ISO's have been asked on the same topics, adult starlets such as Cheyenne, Kobe, Kira, Sydnee, and even from starlets that do post here such as L.A., you can all understand what I’m talking about.

If it weren’t for Stevi’s, Candy’s, Kathy’s, L.A.’s, Sara Jay’s, Kiki’s, Montana’s, Amber’s, Rosie’s, and other starlets active involvement, this board would be worse than Big Doggie, full of boring ISO’s, AD's, shills, and spam’s. This board is being taken over by agencies, agent’s, shill’s and lazy readers with a very few exceptions of credible contributors.

Moderating boards is not an easy task and it will never be. There will always be a crowd that will be in favor and another that will be against so I guess it would be up to us if we are willing put up with it or move on like many respected hobbyists have already done whom no longer post on these boards.

I know what I did an hour ago was annoying.  However, it serve the purpose of drawing members' and posters' attention.

BTW, I am not that omnipresent.  I work with computers all day long and have multiple screens in front of me.  The new guideline helps me glance and scan things quickly.

Glad that I still have a full head of hair and don't look like Dr. Evil. Lol.

Have fun.

Carl may be annoyed about the guidelines, but I agree with spectator --it is much easier to read the board with subject titles in front.

I agree the system is helpful and quicker, but it's only a guideline and let's not get carried away.  One gentleman goes beyond the "ISO" and instead titles his post "I need some help"... isn't that saying the same thing with a more creative twist??  It's just as easy to recognize what his post is going to be about and it adds a little character.

To make a strict rule that all posts requesting info be titled "ISO" can be mundane.  I think the guidelines were to keep people from just listing a providers name in the title without any reference to what is being said in the post.  The only thing worse than seeing repeated posts of that nature, is seeing repeated replies correcting their behavior.

I agree with Carl.  This micro-managing reminds me of The Doctor.  I don't see the need for strict posting guidelines (makes things look bland and with no personality).

Much easier to differentiate between posts you want to read and those you don't.

the great football games.

Carl, I didn't apologize; just to acknowledge your point of killing the mojo could be valid.  I have no problem with your comments and responses.  It came with the territory.

It is nice to know that someone is paying so much attention to my messages.  :-)

Have fun and best wishes.

I actually try to ignore your posts but there are just too many.

It really isn't personal, I think that you have value, but you have to realize that if all we get is your response on such a high volume of posts this board will become very homoginized.

I like lobster but I don't want it at every meal or it loses it's appeal. We simply disagree on how much input we need from one source.

I respect you because of the fact that our dialogue never reaches a sophomoric level of name calling.

ps - carlspackler has hair and doesn't look like Dr. Evil, you must be confusing a fictional character with the actual human who played him over 20 years ago

I really want to listen to your advice and not post this response.  However, I don't want you to have the impression that I, in any time, implied you as Dr. Evil.

Peace.

If you think you can do a better job than JBIRDCA, why don't you ask STAFF in allowing you the moderation of this board for a month so you can prove your point?

I'm sure you will turn down this offer because you have nothing to offer other than complain and criticize does that do try.

I personally don’t consider myself a contributor and never will think myself as one. I’m one that does express his thoughts the way he sees it, which do create controversy at times but that's just me.
