That being said, since I could be wrong on both counts, probably the best approach would be to go the Bazooka's, tip the club manager a 20 dollar bill in exchange for a private introduction, give her the names of a few of the other PSEs you've seen, if any, and mention that you saw that she was available through E2K and ask her respectfully if she'd be willing to see you after hours.

Just to add to Eddie's post, if you have any private pics of the porn stars you've seen that will help your cause a lot; they don't have to be shots of you guys in all your glory, just something that clearly shows you're in a private setting and not some convention with 5000 people. If not, a phone number of one of the girls you've seen in case Bella doesn't know her.
