.....Now we will have the tea party inmates running the asylum. Oh my, what could possibly go wrong!
What a mess
.....Now we will have the tea party inmates running the asylum. Oh my, what could possibly go wrong!
...They want one of their own to be Speaker and they don't want to compromise with the Boehner Brigade. They won't go along with one of Boehner's Boys and neither will the Dems, who also get to vote for Speaker.
Hopefully, we'll get to see the Republicans do this:
as 40 extremists lead the other 395 around by their noses. I'd say balls, but none of them have any.
So some of GOP supporters on here got upset.
When I called these GOP party leaders and GOP representatives in Washington DC.
The GOP animal house and now I am proven right.
They cannot even led themselves and how are they going to lead this country?
This is embarrassing for these clowns. Lol
Most sane people who were looking for stimulating debate bailed out of this place months/years ago leaving it to the likes of you and your ilk.............good luck. Looks like its the same old shit box.
...the sinking ship now because they can read the handwriting on the wall - not one decent candidate in a field of 16. And the 3 front runners are not even politicians!
I agree - it's better for you to leave now rather than slink away ignominiously with your tails between your legs as the TER righties did when the election results were announced in 2008 & 2012.
Don't let the TER door hit you in the ass on the way out!

They try and change the subject at any cost.
When you point out their stupidity as a political party or supporters.
I know let's blame the person who is calling us out on our bullshit.
If you don't like it clown too bad.
The GOP animal house is living up their name and I love the fact.
It pisses you off and you can't take the heat.
So go cry somewhere else because you also have proven my point.
look who replied! Tweedledumb and Tweedledumber, the two resident morons who live here and can't even get laid when they pay for it. I guess my comment hit home.
Keep it up. The litter box is all yours, enjoy it.
So again you ran away because you couldn't take the truth about your political party?
Then you want to come on here trying to sound so smart.
When we all can see you are full of shit and acting like a bitch.
This is a place where people debate and go at it.
We don't run away like you, but come up with counter answers to people's bullshit.
Just remember cowards are not tough! Lol
Keep it up. The litter box is all yours, enjoy it.
in person. That's why your life revolves around an anonymous "chat" board on a fuck board. Congrats fatgirl you win.

When people try and use that line on here.
They sound so stupid.
So none of us use our real name clown even with showing our reviews.
Also I mention many times on here.
My reviews are on here and anybody can see them.
Also my life is great on and off this site.
It's so much fun to see how clueless people like you really are on here.
So now I see why you ran away.
You are totally clueless and yes bitter.LOL
Looks like things are getting down and dirty!
...two days ago calling for any candidate for Speaker who has committed "misdeeds" since joining Congress to withdraw from the race for Speaker.

It was a Mr. A. Lincoln:
"A house divided against itself cannot stand."
...being divided against itself because of religious righties.
Goldwater, btw, seems like a moderate compared to the know-nothings on the right today. In fact, the party was partly built upon the ashes of the American Party of the 1850s. Coincidently, they were also called the "Know Nothings" and were anti-Catholic as well as anti-immigrant
The NYT article is excerpts. I’d like to read the entire delivery but can’t find it.
In some respects Goldwater would have aligned more with the “No Nothings” than the Republicans. Goldwater was more a libertarian and than he was a conservative. The No Nothings refused to take a stance against slavery, much the same as Goldwater refused to take a stand against abortion.
This viewpoint from Goldwater is not unusual at all as he was essentially the leading libertarian of the day (like the Pauls but with more stature yet still easy to label as crazy). Is the take away that people involved in politics that refuse to give an inch on certain moral issues are too divisive to be political partners?
If it hadn’t been for ardent religious factions that were relentlessly against slavery would Lincoln and the Republicans had succeeded (granted, hard to call The Civil War a success at the time. Historically very much so).
Religiousity in the country has always come in waves, sometimes referred to as awakenings. I sincerely do not believe the passionate and zealous religious types woke up one day a generation or so ago, got together, and decided to take over the government in order to force the Christian version of Sharia on everyone. No, it was the direct result of a major moral event that was thrust upon them. Of course that was Roe v. Wade in 1973. That and several other examples that can be construed as attacks of Christians. Granted it’s been going on long enough that the chicken or the egg argument comes into play. What’s most important most recently is the secular, anti religious has learned that certain accusations, founded or not, get amplified in the media (main stream and social). The far left has learned how to use these mere accusations as political weapons. After awhile the religious are to some degree only fighting back.
I’m about as un-religious as Goldwater yet just as conservative but I’m far more compassionate to and understanding of the “Religious Right” than Goldwater. It’s probably because I’m Pro-Life, unlike Goldwater
To be a Republican, or even just a conservative it appears you have to believe in "God and country" and all socially conservative bullshit and faux patriotism that goes along with it, but to be a Democrat it appears you have to embrace socialism and political correctness among other things I don't believe in.
I can no more be a Republican who hates religion than I can be a Democrat who hates socialism. Why do you think I vote for gridlock?
