Why do you dislike someone because he has a different political opinion than you?  It's one thing to dislike someone who is just plain ignorant - like Needle - but quite another to dislike someone who hold different beliefs than you.  You sound like the ideal candidate  to join ISIS.

He was a military service member, not merely a "disgruntled employee." So, he should be tried and disciplined under military law.

When he went on a shooting spree, he was mentally ill.   He is mentally ill now.    So, follow our laws and give him a thorough psychiatric evaluation.
