Everybody in the Bush Administration either lied or was lied to (Powell).  So if they also hired a PR firm, does that prove anything new?  Or make worse what we already knew?  I don't think so.

According to the Conman, "it has been the most successful 13 weeks in history".   How many are going to get fooled by him with that line?    In my opinion that remaining 35% hold outs.
