They might have better vodka, but I see one small matter that might be problematic

After completely blowing it in Cuba and the absolute disaster in Iran, Obama appears to have gotten one right in Vietnam.

Making things that kill people seems to be one of the few things we still make better than anyone else in the world. It's well past time to have normal relations with Vietnam, especially if we are actually going to get something out of the deal, unlike most of Obama's "deals" with other countries.

So lefties, don't say I NEVER say anything good about your POTUS, he at least appears to have gotten this one right. Kudos to Obama.

Now. The country is no threat to our way of life. This will be good for business as corporations will reap profits from their investments and I would love to travel to Cuba in the next couple of years. The U.S. Companies and citizens that lost their investments well that's too bad. Also, this will put an end to free citizenship for the Cubans that come to the U.S. By boat.  Also, the Cuban people will just have to suffer through thief oppression.

He was almost completely armed by the Russians and got his ass kicked.  Twice.  OK, he didn't have their latest and greatest but his air-defense systems were thought to be pretty good. More recently, a brand new Russian jet was shot down by a Turkish F-16 a few months ago.  Generally, Russian weapons are OK but usually a generation behind ours.
As for GaG, don't forget two days ago Barry pushed the button on the head of the Afghan Taliban.  I'd call that a good move, too.

I doubt they allow freeloaders to sit around on their lazy ass all day pontificating on virtually everything while living on the goodwill of others.

I am sure you have to earn your vodka there.

in a Russian jet,  driven one of their cars/truck, or used their bathrooms?  How many countries buy Russian Airliners or Russian cars?  How about their food....good eh?  Just can't go around a city block without running into a russian resturant with long waiting lists.  They do have good and cheap Vodka and bread.

Yes, that war was a decade ago and it's true that Saddam's rank and file were not motivated, but his Republican Guard was highly motivated and well equipped with the latest Russian tanks.  Our armor went through them like a hot knife through butter.
And since when was our military "blown away" by the equipment used by the Russians to bomb ISIS?  First of all they mostly bombed non-ISIS militants.  Second, they bombed indiscriminately, used a lot of dumb bombs and hit many civilian targets including hospitals.
I think you're smoking Willy's bong.
Now back up your statements if you can.
PS:  You're right our new super plane is crap.  It's called the F-35, BTW, and its software package is junk.  But who said "WW2 technology could beat it?"  That's a ridiculous statement on its face.  What's true is a lot of our older current fighters could beat it.  Unacceptable, but at least it's true.  But your statement is ludicrous

...sits on his ass all day but you're multitasking by posting while you're sitting in your truck in an oil field?  You have 155 more posts on TER than Laffy in the last thirty days - if he's pontificating, what are you doing?
