For Trump...Russia could be faced with stronger sanctions through the Senate and this could be a problem for the Trump administration. How can Trump wiggle around this, through his "Tweets". SS Tillerson would meet with Putin with no bullets in his chamber if they want this EXXON deal to go through. This is going to get interesting.
