Perhaps the tag line should have read, "Our Favorite Hypocrite."

What do you think.  Should Spitzer have gotten away without being prosecuted as he apparently has?  Or should they prosecute him for pandering, let alone a violation of the Mann Act?

Yes I know I am an ignorant hater, but Spitzer, who was caught redhanded and had it been any of us we would have been prosecuted, is part of the "chosen" tribe. Another coincedence I am sure.

The next time a high ranking member of the club gets prosecuted in New York will be the first time.

Like BS said he is paying daily. Most of us would have fell for the same thing not quite as far but a fall none the less.

This guy prosecuted providers and hobbyists for a living.

Something that has been going on since the beginning time.  It was between two consenting adults and only technically a violation of the law.  That would have been better for the cause than making it out to be a capital crime.

I think you need to do a little research. Look at what was going on in Manhattan right before Elliot got popped.

but if anyone ever deserved prosecution for a "victimless" crime it was Spitzer. Spitzer was one of the most zealous prosecutors ever where it came to the hobby. It is high time this hypocrite was hung by his own petard.
