That isn't an ode. It is an attempt at a limerick. It is a rather poor limerick, since limericks should be in an iambic form. Think of:
THERE once Was a Man from Nan. The capitalized are the normal accented works and syllables. It would sound funny to say, "there ONCE was A man From....
I don't mind anti-GOP poetry. It does not relfect well on the Left's intellect or usual artistic ability to have bad poetry.

He's polite AND he's proper

Did this limerick give him a thrill?
Words can be silly you see
But don't just take it from me
Guys wil play chess or checkers,
or pull on their peckers
But words aren't just words, and they're free.

Go find you a Ho

It sure as hell beats masterbation!

Indeed, it was lack of alliteration was one of the many flaws of the original effort, and a little alliteration in this ditty would have a good impact.
