I think the thought or the plan behind that thinking is that not only ONE needs to rush the shooter but that others need to follow, which doesn't seem like anyone else did.

When you see that comment made in connection to a problem being solved, it means don't expect any solution soon. So, under extreme and immediate duress you believe a group is going to implement such a plan as Carson suggests?

Yes, he gave advice, though it's not really clear that he would have really implemented it. Matter a fact, there's good evidence that he would not have.

In fairness, I've used that term to describe some of the more odious contributors to this board.
But in those situations, its usually involving anti-Semitism and not necessarily politically motivated.
