BSD made mention below, but I heard about it also, yesterday on ‘Meet the Press’ with Tom Brokow on NBC.

Being interviewed was Valerie Jarrett, Chicago lawyer, Deputy Chief of Staff to Chicago Mayor Richard Daley and the person who hired Michelle Obama at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Michelle introduced Jarrett to BHO before they were married. Now both BHO claims he doesn’t make a single important decision without first consulting Jarrett. She’s now classified as a senior adviser, high enough for MTP’s first post election interview. Enough background.

What she made was a very simple and concise statement.

When I first heard it I didn’t believe it and had to rewind the DVR, but there it was.

“It's important that President Elect Obama is prepared to take power and begin to rule day one.”

BEGIN TO RULE?

Just a slip right. Maybe a Freudian slip. Either way, she had to have been thinking along those lines in order for the word to come out.

I went to NBC’s MTP website this morning to provide you a link and guess what? They edited out that sentence. THEY FUCKING TOOK IT OUT!!!

Let there be no doubt, the Free Press is DEAD.

Obama has demonstrated a very swift and decisive action against those who hold a difference of opinion that he holds... and that is not good.

While he may yet prove to be a good - or even great - president, how he "governs" will in large part be how he is remembered.

When I look back at the election - and the campaigns, it was the McCain / Palin ticket who were the most willing to be self-deprecating... Obama took himself far more seriously...

as to NBC?  well, they are what they are - whores - in the most derogatory sense of the word.... they've no morals whatsoever.  

Do I think that this is honest insight?  yup, I do.  As I say, I hope that the man rises above the current set of actions that got him here.

Senator Obama won.  Senator McCain lost.  Get used to the idea that for 4 years starting on 012009, it will be President Obama to you.

I'm just doing the media's job for them I think. How can you NOT be upset that NBC deleted this line from their OWN transcript?

I hope BHO ends up as a good ruler, LOL. See my previous post. You WERE gone during that time (I noticed) so I forgive you.
