police officer.  This case has received so much attention that one officer has been charged with 2nd degree murder; the other with involuntary manslaughter.

One officer is a former LAPD cop who lost an eye when shot while on the job for one year.  He has been receiving a 70% disability pension from LA during the last 12 years he has been on the Fullerton PD.

The mug shots of the accused look strikingly similar to other bullying, sociopathic, homicidal thugs processed in the Criminal justice system regularly.

 More scrutiny is sorely needed in weeding out pathological "bully" and/or sadistic tendencies from those who seek to publically wield lethal and non-lethal weaponry with the States blessings.
