Ofcourse he deserves a B+.
He's played 25 rounds of golf.
He's had 26 sleep overs with Any Stern of SEIU.
He spent 10 days in Hawaii, which was almost shortened by a terrorist attack.
He has said created jobs more times than he actually created a job. Not an easy feet in a country of 300 million people.
He went to Europe with Oprah.
Had a tax payer funded anniversary in the Big Apple for a dinner and show while people where lossing jobs at record pace.
He has put more mileage on Airforce one than any President ever in a year, while pushing for cuts in cardbon emmisons.
He managed to go on every Sunday talk show with the exception of Fox and never had to answer a tough questions.
Oh and less we forget the keg party with the Harvard Proffessor and Cambridge cop.
And is spending policies would make Brewster's Millions envious.
While obviously there are some things that I wish were done better, I give Obama high marks for the following:
1. Drawing down our forces in Iraq
2. Eliminating Torture
3. Credit card reform
4. Stimulus Package - Contrary to the naysayers, it has worked.
5. Health Care reform - we're closer than anytime in hour history.
6. Lifting the ban for Federally funded stem cell research
7. Gave the women in the Armed forces the right to have an abortion in military hospitals
8. Signed equal pay legislation
9. Repaired many of our international relationships that Bush damaged
Just to name a few.....
Averageing out to a C or C+...
And truly felt that he was "different", I have to admit he's disappointed me as a president and at best I'd give him a C.
And any liberal who is willing to be truthful would say the same. On the other hand...
He's nowhere near as bad as conservatives make him out too be... and if fact, it they were willing to be truthful, they'd admit that he's actually followed many of Bush's policies, much to the dismay of his liberal base.
Although I somewhat agree with you when you say BHO has followed many of the Bush policies, I would argue that he did so because he had no choice. Which is why Bush did what he did to begin with. Guantanamo is an example of this. BHO talked a big game when he campaigned but being in the big chair is different. Didn`t he promise to end don`t ask, don`t tell? Didn`t he swear to not raise taxes in any way on anyone making under 200,000 a year? I don`t make 200,000 a year but I`ll be paying a tax on my health coverage.
No doubt.....he is as bad as conservatives make him out to be.
I would raise it to a A if he told Pelosi to sit down and be quiet.
That makes me think of Howard Stern's father telling a 10 year old Howard "Sit down, shut up"!!!
And Obama is a DLC Dem. Fiscally, I would give Obama an F. Socially, he gets a C. The best thing he's done since being elected is tell the DEA to back off when it comes to states with medical marijuana on the books.
I don't know how many took the test and graded him yourselfs, but I found the "test results" being tabulated quite contray to his opinion. If you gave him a score yourself, the link below shows how the public who did gade him are averaging.
