Well, probably not, however he would fit right in!

Surely you don't intend to start a focus on "lies" or "distortions" in campaign speeches do you?  Surely, you must know that our current POTUS holds the world wide record for that category?  I've lost track myself, but not too long ago the running tally for Obama was something close to 150 "lies" made in his campaign where he did not do what he said or even try to do it even though he had complete control to do it.

As an aside, who the hell is Jason anyway besides some big winded lib with no skin in the game except his own paycheck?  I mean, has he earned any credibility.  Has he solved world hunger, or even fed a single homeless women?  Does he have any track record for getting things right?  I certainly can't find any evidence on this.  I do see that of the articles I located, his focus is always the same.... avoid all issues and look for some gotya comment and blow it way out of proportion.

However, I do believe Romney wants people to believe that Obama made the statement independent of it originally being a quote from a McCain staffer! And, I believe it's one more proof that Romney can't be trusted. Proves, to me, he'll do anything to become president. You don't see Ron Paul pulling that shit! It's something more like what Bachmann would pull!

Oh, I have no doubt what you say is right.  I really think Romney is a fraud and will say whatever he thinks his audience wants to hear.  At least that's what many of my friends in the Boston area say about his stint as Gov.   I don't trust him any more than I do Obama.

After last night's debate, I'm now firmly in Newt's camp.  He is the only one of the bunch that actually seems to be qualified and has a well rounded grasp of the complex issues.  By the way, kudos to CNN and the Heritage Foundation.  I thought they did an excellent job in selecting questions that mattered, and they genuinely seemed to try and get to the facts without any attempt at trickery or "got ya" BS.

clipped the president's words for dramatic effect. :)  and gave out a news release about it .
Quote :
In a press release announcing the ad on Monday night, the Romney campaign included more complete context for the quote. But the vast majority of voters who see the ad may not hear about the full context.

Fehrnstrom said it was the job of the media to provide the full context, not the campaign.

“You guys have it,” he said. “If you do your job [voters] will learn about it.” :D
