Just in case Bill is a member of this site, I've waited until now to post.  As soon as South Carolina resulted in a beatdown, they have been strategizing and they now have their plan (see above) and Bill now has a few days to fuck around so I'm sure he's just sticking to the review boards, or the "in search of".....
