Only unborn fetuses in an woman's womb are the safest.    Politicians and activists are fighting to keep it that way.    However, it is OK to kill it once it is out of the womb,  either by a gun, knife or just put it in a plastic bag and throw it in a dumpster.     I have seen all that happen.
