Clint Curtis' story is an interesting one. He claims that while employed by Yang Enterprises, Republican Congressman Tom Feeny contracted with Yang and used his services to create a program to be inserted into an electronic voting machine to steal an election. And now he has sworn under oath that this is the case.

Has a Republican ever not stolen an election in your mind?  These voting machines were the result of Dems complaining about all the other voting machines that were being used.  They were all so confusing to the voter or unable to be counted, etc.

Its all so ironic considering Democrats are the masters of rigging elections.  The straight arrow Dems don't want voters to be required to show an ID before voting.  I guess dead people, convicted felons, and illegal aliens may have a problem producing an ID.

"Has a Republican ever not stolen an election in your mind?"

Yes, Republicans have legitimately won elections before. However, as Brad Friedman has been reporting for years now, Republicans seem to be involved in all kinds of shady things with voting machines.

"These voting machines were the result of Dems complaining about all the other voting machines that were being used."

Really? Care to back this up.

"They were all so confusing to the voter or unable to be counted, etc."

You seem to be confusing butterfly ballots from the 2000 election with electronic voting machines.

"Its all so ironic considering Democrats are the masters of rigging elections."

Funny thing, one of the major political parties still has a court order for them not to cage voters. Guess what? It ain't the Democrats.

That's funny, because the last case of voter fraud I've heard of was when the Republican Secretary of State committed that fraud.

The only purpose to voter fraud is to make it harder to register to vote. And the majority of newly registered voters vote Democratic. The reality is that between 2002-2005, only 38 cases of election fraud has been prosecuted. 14 of those cases were thrown out of court. In none of those cases, could the fraud have flipped the results of a single election.

Now, election fraud on the other hand.....

Care to back it up??  I'm assuming you're not 8-years-old and lived through the 2000 Election.  The electronic voting machines are a direct result.  Repubs & Dems both approved them since they were supposed to be uniform and replace antiquated technology.  You did live through all of this, correct?

Democrats bus in, feed and pay homeless people to vote.  Their urban machines rack up phony, dead voters.  The only people the Democrats stop from voting are the military.  For some strange reason they prefer convicted drug dealers without green cards as opposed to the military.

The Dems passed HAVA? The Dems bus in and feed and pay homeless people to vote? Is that better or worse than when Freedom Works pays homeless people to protest? The Dems rack up phony dead voters? And the Republicans deny black people the right to vote by illegally labeling them felons. The Dems deny the military the right to vote? Really? When they cast their ballots legally or illegally?

The simple reality is that one side would like as many people to vote as possible. The other side, would like to deny as many people the right to vote as possible. Why would the GOP want to deny people the right to vote, even if they break the law by doing so?

This is from a documentary about one of the Bush elections.

Don't know if its true or not, but it did bring up some good points.

One thing I don't understand, whats the problem with printing out receipts and keeping a printed log in the machines like an atm for recount purposes?
