American racism is a growth policy.
The pattern of hypersegregation began in the early 20th century. African-Americans who moved to large cities often moved into the inner-city in order to gain industrial jobs. The influx of new African-American residents caused many European American residents to move to the suburbs in a case of white flight. As industry began to move out of the inner-city, the African-American residents lost the stable jobs that had brought them to the area. Many were unable to leave the inner-city, however, and they became increasingly poor.

Pardon me if I've matured past the point of finding Colbert, Stuart, and Maher as the epitome of what is funny...I'm not in my twenties anymore. 
I can laugh at them sometimes, but I like to take reality seriously.

The ideal wording would have been "helping to lead to..." or something like that.

Do you want Dems held to the high standards of exactness in speaking. They didn't build that. 57 States. Kids with Asthma need breathalyzer. Three letters - JOBS. Guns and Bibles. We have to pass it to know waht is in it........
