Well, seems our evil masters REFUSED to take this plant offline since it was prividing back up power for FT Calhoun, and since they didn't take it offline they were unable to put this plant into any kind of ''safe mode'' of operation. The turbine GENERATES the power at nuclear plants, if the turbine goes, the plants power CAN NOT BE RESTORED!
