NEWS FLASH: The 2007 Nobel Academy Award for Stupidity has been awarded to George W. Bush.  The Academy noted that not since Herbert Hoover have they seen one man bring a major world power down to the level of a third world country.  

The Nobel Academy cited such significant issues such as the former disgraced Attorney General Roberto “I don’t recall” Gonzales, Karl “It’s just politics” Rove, Dickless “I didn’t mean to shoot him” Chaney, the lack of compassion and aid following Hurricane Katrina, the establishment of Guantanamo Prison, the revocation of civil liberties, continued contributions to global warming, the looming Recession & possible Depression, rampant bugetary Deficits, the pending housing crisis, his recent rejection of Health Care for children, as well as the continuing quagmire in Iraq as Mr. Bush’s more notable “achievements.”

Mr. Bush, who has been known to babble incoherently, was left speechless.
